Now, the system can automatically identify materials of different sizes and shapes. After processing is completed, the mechanical arm performs high-precision grasping, intelligent classification, and neatly stacks them according to the preset specifications. This has achieved a full-process automated closed loop from processing to sorting and then to palletizing, greatly enhancing the intelligence level of terminal processing and overall production capacity.

We deeply understand that efficiently handling the material waste generated during the production process is a key link in ensuring the workshop environment, enhancing the continuous operation capacity of equipment, and achieving automated production. Specifically, our engineers will conduct an in-depth analysis of the metallic properties of the materials that the customer needs to saw (such as steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, etc.), and based on the form, weight and volume of the waste chips produced by different materials, design and manufacture a dedicated system with the best chip removal efficiency for you.
The core components of this system include:
1. Efficient main chip removal device: Integrated into the equipment base, it usually adopts a scraper type or spiral (dragon type) chip conveyor, which continuously discharges the waste chips from the cutting area with powerful force.
2. Mobile waste chip centralized treatment trolley: This is a hand-pushed solution that integrates storage, transportation and dumping functions. It is rationally designed, allowing operators to easily move it to the area below the chip collection port to receive waste chips. When fully loaded, it can be conveniently transported to the centralized collection point for unified processing, greatly reducing the labor intensity of manual cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the working area.
