Product Introduction
The JSSCD HD Bi-Metal Band Saw Blade is a high-performance metal cutting blade developed for hard and difficult-to-cut materials that require higher tooth hardness, wear resistance and impact resistance.
The HD series uses Japanese-imported M51 special high-speed steel as the tooth material and B318 alloy steel as the backing material. After a specialized heat treatment process, the tooth hardness can reach HRC 69–70, providing high tooth-tip hardness, excellent wear resistance and the ability to withstand stronger impact forces during cutting.
Combined with the ductile backing material, the HD blade provides a balance of tooth hardness and blade toughness. It is particularly suitable for materials that are difficult to cut with conventional M42 bi-metal blades, including special alloy steel, high-temperature alloy steel, tool steel and mold steel.
