The JSSCD MD Bi-Metal Band Saw Blade is a high-performance metal cutting band saw blade designed for high cutting accuracy and smooth cutting surfaces.
The MD series uses a high-grade alloy steel strip from BÖHLER, Austria, as the backing material, with a molybdenum content of more than 2%, providing excellent toughness and fatigue resistance. The tooth tips are made of M42 high-speed steel, offering excellent wear resistance.
Through specialized heat treatment and precision processing technology, the MD series delivers longer service life, stable cutting performance and high cutting efficiency. It is suitable for both common steel materials and difficult-to-cut materials, including high-temperature alloy steel, die steel, bearing steel and stainless steel.
