The GB4265 Gantry Type Horizontal Metal Band Saw Machine is a heavy-duty metal cutting machine designed for large-diameter and large-section workpieces. It is mainly used for cutting round billets, large cylindrical components, shafts, square forgings and other large metal workpieces.
With a maximum cutting diameter of 650 mm, the GB4265 is designed for demanding metal sawing applications involving various ferrous metals. The machine combines a rigid gantry-style structure, hydraulic workpiece clamping, hydraulic stepless blade feed and platform-type material feeding to provide stable and efficient cutting performance.
The GB4265 features a dual-column gantry structure with linear guide rails and dual hydraulic cylinders for saw-frame lifting. The front and rear workpiece vises are hydraulically driven and can be independently controlled, helping secure large workpieces during cutting.
