The GB42150 Gantry Horizontal Band Saw Machine is a heavy-duty metal cutting machine designed for large-scale and continuous sawing applications.

With a maximum cutting capacity of Ø1500 mm for round materials and 1500 * 1500 mm for square materials, the machine is designed for cutting large steel billets, seamless steel pipes, large shafts, and other oversized metal workpieces.

The GB42150 features a rigid dual-column gantry structure, powerful reducer-driven transmission, hydraulic clamping, hydraulic blade tensioning, variable-speed blade control, and a hydraulic platform automatic feeding system.

The machine is designed for efficient semi-automatic operation and can be used for long-term continuous production. With appropriate cutting parameters, it can also be used for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, round materials, and square materials.
