The JSSCD-150C Automatic Circular Saw Production Line is a comprehensive high-volume cutting solution designed for large diameter metal materials. With a cutting range of φ30 mm to φ150 mm for round bars and 30 mm to 110 mm for square bars, this production line is ideally suited for heavy industries including automotive manufacturing, wind power, construction machinery, steel service centers, and petrochemical equipment production.
This fully automated production line integrates an automatic loading rack, servo-driven feeding system, high-speed intelligent circular saw, conveying roller table, and automatic sorting mechanism.
