The GZ4232 CNC Band Saw Machine is a CNC-controlled horizontal metal band saw designed for efficient and accurate cutting of small and medium-sized bars, tubes, and metal plates.

With a maximum cutting capacity of Ø320 mm for round materials and 320 mm for plate materials, the GZ4232 is suitable for a wide range of ferrous metal cutting applications. The machine combines PLC control, touch-screen operation, hydraulic clamping, hydraulic stepless feed control, and grating-scale positioning to provide stable and repeatable cutting performance.

Designed for batch production and continuous cutting, the GZ4232 can automatically complete material clamping, feeding, sawing, and saw-frame rapid return after cutting. Operators can set the required cutting length and quantity through the touch screen, after which the machine automatically performs the programmed cutting cycle and stops when the preset quantity has been completed.
The machine uses a worm gear transmission system, precision-ground cylindrical guide structure, adjustable blade guides, and front/rear workpiece clamping, providing a stable cutting environment for both individual and bundled materials.

Key Features

1. CNC Automatic Cutting for Batch Production

Operators can enter the required cutting length and quantity through the touch screen. Once the machine is returned to its reference position and automatic operation is started, it can automatically perform the programmed cutting cycle.

After the preset quantity has been completed, the machine automatically stops.

2. Hydraulic Stepless Feeding for Flexible Cutting Control

The saw blade feeding system uses hydraulic control with stepless speed adjustment.

Instead of using a fixed feed speed, operators can continuously adjust the blade feed according to the material and cutting conditions.

The hydraulic system operates at a pressure of 2–2.5 MPa, providing controlled blade feeding throughout the cutting process.

3. Grating-Scale Positioning for Accurate Material Feeding

The grating scale provides position feedback during material feeding, helping control the feeding distance and improve repeatability.

The single feeding stroke can be set from 2 to 400 mm. When a required length exceeds 400 mm, the machine can perform multiple feeding operations to achieve the desired cutting length.

4. ±0.2 mm Cut-to-Length Accuracy

5. Hydraulic Clamping for Stable Workpiece Holding
