9. Adjustable Saw Band Tension

   The saw band tensioning mechanism consists of the driven wheel, sliding seat, slide block, and tensioning screw. The structure allows adjustment of the driven wheel position to keep the saw band properly aligned between the drive and driven wheels.

10. Efficient Cooling System

    The cooling system consists of a coolant tank, cooling pump, piping, valve, and nozzles. Coolant is supplied directly to the cutting area to improve cutting performance, help extend saw band life, improve cut quality, and remove chips from the teeth.
