The GZ4265 CNC Horizontal Band Saw Machine is a heavy-duty automated metal cutting solution designed for sawing large and medium-sized round bars, pipes, plates, and various ferrous metal materials.

The machine adopts a dual-column structure, providing high structural stability and reliable support during heavy-duty cutting. Its mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems work together to achieve automatic workpiece clamping, automatic feeding, and automatic saw-frame return after cutting, making it suitable for continuous and efficient production.

The GZ4265 uses hydraulic feed control with stepless speed adjustment, allowing operators to adjust the cutting feed according to different materials and cutting conditions. A PLC control system with a touchscreen and push-button operation provides convenient machine control.

With a maximum cutting capacity of Ø650 mm for round material and 650 mm for plate material, the GZ4265 is designed for demanding industrial metal-cutting applications.

Automation Features

1. Automatic Workpiece Clamping

The GZ4265 uses a hydraulic clamping system to secure the workpiece during cutting.

The clamping mechanism is designed to work with the feeding system, helping improve workpiece stability and cutting consistency.

2. Automatic Feeding System

The machine is equipped with a hydraulic rear feeding system and a 600 mm grating-scale positioning system.

After the cutting process is completed, the saw frame automatically performs a rapid return movement, reducing non-cutting time and improving production efficiency.
