The H-330 CNC Horizontal Band Saw Machine is a CNC-controlled horizontal band sawing machine designed for efficient and stable cutting of metal materials. With a maximum cutting capacity of Ø330 mm for round materials and 330 mm for plate materials, the machine is suitable for both individual cutting and batch production.
The H-330 combines mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and PLC control systems to automate the complete cutting cycle, including material feeding, workpiece clamping, saw frame movement and cutting. Its hydraulic system provides stepless control of the saw blade feed speed, allowing the cutting process to be adjusted according to different material and cutting requirements.
The machine features four saw blade speeds of 30/45/60/80 m/min, full-stroke hydraulic clamping and a rear hydraulic feeding system with grating ruler positioning. A single feeding stroke can reach 400 mm, while multiple feeding cycles can be used for longer cutting lengths.
For batch production, the H-330 supports automatic sawing, automatic counting and bundle cutting, helping reduce operator workload while maintaining consistent cutting performance.
