The GZ4250 Fully Automatic Horizontal Band Saw Machine is a high-capacity CNC horizontal band saw designed for efficient and accurate cutting of large metal workpieces. Featuring a sawing-between-the-vises structure, the machine provides stable workpiece support during cutting and helps reduce material movement and cutting vibration.

With a maximum cutting capacity of Ø500 mm for round materials and 500 mm for plate materials, the GZ4250 is suitable for processing large-diameter steel bars, plates, shafts, blocks, and other metal materials.

The machine integrates PLC control, touchscreen operation, hydraulic feeding, hydraulic clamping, and grating-scale positioning. Operators can preset cutting length and quantity through the control system, allowing the machine to automatically complete feeding, clamping, cutting, counting, and stopping.

The GZ4250 also supports bundle cutting, making it suitable for continuous and batch production. Its rigid machine structure, precision blade guidance system, balanced transmission system, and dual-vise clamping help maintain stable cutting performance and high dimensional accuracy. The specified cutting dimensional accuracy is ±0.2 mm, while the cut-surface perpendicularity meets national standards.

1. Sawing Between the Vises

The GZ4250 features a sawing-between-the-vises structure, with the workpiece securely supported during the cutting process. The front and rear clamping arrangement helps maintain workpiece stability and reduces movement during cutting, contributing to improved cutting accuracy.

2. Large Ø500 mm Cutting Capacity

The machine can cut round materials up to Ø500 mm and plate materials up to 500 mm, making it suitable for large-size metal processing applications.

3. Fully Automatic CNC Control

The PLC control system and touchscreen interface allow operators to digitally set cutting parameters and quantities. Once the automatic cycle starts, the machine can perform the programmed cutting process and automatically stop after the preset quantity is completed.

The workpiece is hydraulically clamped, while the two-vise configuration helps maintain continuous workpiece support during cutting. The right vise is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder that works together with the left vise to reduce mechanical friction during automatic feeding and cutting.

6. Bundle Cutting Capability

The GZ4250 is equipped with a bundle cutting device, allowing multiple pieces of material to be arranged within the permitted width and height and cut simultaneously. This can improve productivity for repetitive batch-cutting operations.

7. Three Blade Speed Options

The band saw provides three blade speeds of 30, 50, and 70 m/min, allowing the cutting process to be adjusted according to different material and cutting requirements.

8. Precision Blade Guide System

The adjustable blade guide system includes guide arms, guide wheels, wear-resistant guide blocks, and a dual-bearing structure on the back of the blade. These components help maintain blade alignment, reduce vibration, and improve cutting stability.
