170NC/P High-Speed CNC Circular Saw for Aerospace & Rail Transit

The JSSCD-170NC high-speed CNC circular saw machine is designed for accurate, efficient and fully automatic cutting of medium- and large-diameter metal bars. It supports round bars from Ø40 to Ø170 mm and square materials from 40 to 140 mm, making it suitable for batch blanking of carbon steel, alloy steel and other metal materials with hardness up to HRC42.

The machine adopts a stable horizontal push-type sawing structure, driven by an AC servo motor, precision screw and high-precision guide rails. This rigid feeding system provides smooth cutting, reliable blade control and consistent accuracy, with feeding accuracy of ±0.05 mm, cutting-length tolerance within ±0.1 mm and perpendicularity tolerance within ±0.1/100 mm.

Automatic loading, servo feeding, hydraulic clamping, workpiece counting, head-and-tail separation, spray lubrication and chain-type chip removal are integrated into one production system. The heavy-duty HT250 cast-iron machine base, precision gearbox and blade stabilization system help reduce vibration, extend saw-blade life and support continuous industrial production.
