One operator can simultaneously monitor multiple machines, significantly improving production efficiency. High rigidity frame: Utilizing HT250 high-quality cast iron bed, which undergoes high-temperature tempering and aging treatment. The overall rigidity is excellent, and it is resistant to vibration and impact.

High precision linear feed: Driven by servo motors and ball screws, combined with high-rigidity guideways, the sawing process is smooth, and the length accuracy reaches ±0.1mm.

High-quality core components: Equipped with SKF/NSK bearings, Japanese NQK seals, Taiwan gears, and Yadea pneumatic components. The overall reliability is high.

Fully automatic intelligent operation: Integrated with automatic feeding, feeding, counting, chip removal, and head/tail processing of materials. One person can operate multiple machines.

Saw blade life extension technology: Utilizing magnetic powder dampers, saw blade stabilization system, and iron chip cleaning device, it effectively reduces vibration and secondary cutting.

Comprehensive environmental protection and lubrication system: Equipped with micro-spray cooling, automatic lubrication, and optional oil mist recovery machine. The oil mist removal rate is ≥95%.

Optional oil mist recovery machine: It adopts two-stage electrostatic purification treatment, with an oil mist removal rate of over 95%, meeting national environmental protection standards and protecting the health of operators.

Centralized hydraulic station: It automatically stops and alarms when the liquid level is below the safety line. The positions of the hydraulic valves are marked with signs for easy maintenance and repair.

Fully automatic lubrication system: It has an independent closed structure. It automatically lubricates the transmission components such as bearings and slides at fixed intervals when the liquid level is too low, and alarms automatically.

Ethernet communication interface:communication interface, supporting network production, meeting the requirements of continuous automated production lines.

Wide-frequency speed control spindle: The rotational speed of the saw blade can be adjusted from 20 to 140 rpm, suitable for cutting different materials and rod diameters.

Strong adaptability: It can cut round rods of φ20 to 110mm and square materials of 20 to 90mm. The hardness of the raw materials can withstand up to HRC42, and the strength is ≤ 1800N/mm².

Automatic chain plate chip remover: Sawdust is automatically discharged, reducing the frequency of manual cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the working area.

Saw blade chip cleaning device: Steel wire brushes automatically clean the iron filings adhered to the saw teeth, avoiding secondary cutting and further extending the service life of the saw blade.

Feeding device: Automatically separates the head, tail of the material and the finished product, facilitating collection and processing, and reducing manual sorting.

Q1: What is your method of transaction?

A: We adopt the FOB(Free ON Board) transaction.

Q2: How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take 7-60 work days after receiving your order. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q3: How long is the warranty period for the equipment?

A: The warranty period is 12 months from the date when the final acceptance certificate is signed by both parties. During the three-year warranty period, free repairs and replacement of components are provided (except for cases of improper operation).

Q4: How about the payment term?

Q5: How many people are needed to operate one machine?

A: Only one operator is needed. The equipment can complete all processes automatically, from automatic feeding, material transportation, cutting to handling of the material heads and tails. One person can monitor multiple machines simultaneously.
