Circular saws are core equipment in the metal processing industry. Long-term high-load operation inevitably leads to various failures. Timely problem detection and correct solutions can not only reduce downtime but also extend equipment life and lower maintenance costs.

Symptoms:

• Cutting length tolerance exceeds normal range (> ±0.2mm)
• Cut end face is not square
• Inconsistent dimensions within the same batch

Solutions:

1. Check blade wear and replace worn blades promptly
2. Calibrate feeding system, check screw gap and adjust parameters
3. Check hydraulic system pressure to ensure adequate clamping force
4. Clean optical ruler surface to ensure accurate signal reading
5. Perform equipment precision recalibration

Symptoms:

• Cracks or complete breakage of blade
