The JSSCD-170NC High-Speed Intelligent Circular Saw Machine is an automated CNC metal cutting solution designed for efficient and precise cutting of round bars and square materials.
The machine adopts a horizontal push-type feeding structure, driven by a servo motor and precision ball screw. This configuration provides stable blade feeding, precise feed control, and reliable cutting performance. The feeding speed can be continuously adjusted according to the material type and workpiece dimensions, making the machine suitable for different production conditions.
The JSSCD-170NC integrates automatic loading, servo feeding, hydraulic clamping, high-speed circular sawing, automatic material separation, mist lubrication, automatic chip removal, automatic lubrication, and CNC control. From automatic material feeding to cutting and separation of finished products, head material, and tail material, the main production process can be completed automatically, reducing manual intervention and improving production efficiency.
