The LG-5040NC CNC Automatic Horizontal Band Saw Machine is a heavy-duty CNC band saw designed for efficient and precise cutting of carbon steel, tool steel, stainless steel and other metal materials.
The machine features a 7.5 kW high-performance geared saw motor, a 41 mm wide band saw blade, PLC automatic control, servo-controlled feeding, servo material positioning, blade deviation detection and clamping-pressure sensing. Its double-column gantry structure provides high rigidity and stable cutting performance for demanding metal-cutting applications.
The LG-5040NC uses a multi-linear-guide structure and balanced feed design to distribute cutting forces more evenly throughout the machine, helping reduce vibration, improve cutting stability and extend band saw blade life. The machine also features a separate hydraulic oil tank and coolant tank for easier maintenance.
With a maximum cutting capacity of Ø400 mm for round materials and 500 * 400 mm for rectangular materials, the LG-5040NC is suitable for heavy-duty metal processing and automated batch cutting.

Automatic Material Retraction
After cutting, the feeding vise automatically retracts the material by approximately 2 mm before the saw head rises. This helps prevent the blade from rubbing against the freshly cut surface and contributes to longer blade life.
Power-Driven Double Nylon Brushes
The synchronized double nylon brush system removes metal chips from the band saw blade and helps prevent chips from accumulating in the tooth gullets, supporting blade life and cutting efficiency.
CNC Programmable Cutting
The numerical control system allows users to program up to 99 different cutting lengths and quantities. The programmed data can be selected in any order according to production requirements.
