Manufactured by Jiangsu Sakoside Intelligent Machinery Technology CO.,LTD, the JSSCD-180NC is an independently developed horizontal push-type fully automatic CNC circular saw machine released. It adopts the most stable horizontal push feeding structure in the industry to deliver ultra-smooth sawing motion, protect transmission lead screws and greatly extend TCT saw blade service life.
The whole machine consists of a core cutting main unit and a standard 6-meter automatic feeding rack, supporting full-process CNC unmanned operation (only manual loading of bundled raw materials is required). Equipped with global premium brand core components and multiple automatic safety alarm systems, this machine achieves high-precision burr-free cutting of round bars and square profiles. It can adapt to complex workshop environments and reserve Ethernet communication ports for docking automated production lines, serving mass precision blanking for multiple manufacturing industries with compatibility for various metal materials and PA engineering plastic.

A: You can send us sample material to be cut, and we will perform a test cut using our machine. After the test is complete, we will provide you with detailed cutting data. (We will also send you a video of the machine cutting operation for your confirmation.)
Q2: What is your method of transaction?
A: We adopt the FOB(Free ON Board) transaction.
Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 7-60 work days after receiving your order. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q4: Will heavy oil mist be generated during cutting? How to solve this problem?
A: We provide an optional two-stage electrostatic oil mist collector with over 95% oil mist removal efficiency. It decomposes oil mist and toxic odor, complies with global environmental protection regulations and protects workers’ respiratory health

Q6: What safety protection functions does the machine equip?
A9: Multi-group automatic alarm and shutdown protection for low hydraulic oil, insufficient lubricating oil and abnormal air pressure. The fully enclosed protective cover isolates cutting chips and oil mist, fully compliant with international saw machine safety standards.
