JSSCD-170NC is a self-researched and manufactured horizontal push CNC high-speed intelligent metal circular saw machine developed by our factory. Built with an integral HT250 cast iron base treated via high-temperature tempering and aging, the machine eliminates deformation risks and delivers exceptional structural rigidity far exceeding ordinary welded steel frames. It adopts a full-servo horizontal push feeding system matched with precision ball screws and high-end brand bearings, realizing fully numerical control of the whole workflow: automatic raw material loading, hydraulic clamping, high-speed sawing, automatic separation of finished parts and scrap heads/tails, as well as continuous chip evacuation without manual intervention.

A: Full CNC automatic operation. Only manual bundling lifting and unpacking are required; feeding, clamping, sawing, scrap separation, counting and chip removal all run automatically. It can auto-stop once reaching the set cutting quantity.
