JSSCD-160NC is our self-developed high-speed intelligent horizontal push CNC carbide circular saw machine. Built with rigid HT250 cast iron bed and premium global brand core parts, it delivers stable, low-vibration cutting with high precision and smooth burr-free sections. Fully CNC automatic operation covers auto feeding, clamping, cooling and chip removal. It cuts various steels, aluminum, copper, titanium alloys and PA plastic, widely serving automotive, aerospace, mold, hardware and pipeline manufacturing industries for mass bar cutting.

Adopting horizontal push servo feeding and an exclusive saw blade stabilization system, this circular saw effectively reduces vibration to extend saw blade service life. It comes with integrated automatic lubrication, spray cooling and chip removal devices, plus an optional oil mist purifier for eco-friendly workshop operation. Equipped with PLC touchscreen control and reserved production line interfaces, it easily connects to automated workshops to boost cutting efficiency and lower labor costs for long-term industrial mass production.
