Their previous cutting equipment consisted of older Eastern European circular saws, which suffered from inconsistent accuracy, low productivity, and difficult spare parts availability, creating bottlenecks in their production expansion.

Jiangsu Sakoside provided the JSSCD-100NC High Speed Intelligent Circular Saw, equipped with a 7-meter automatic loading rack and a 2.5-meter front discharge conveyor. The machine features a fully automatic PLC control system with Russian language interface for ease of operation. To accommodate Russia’s harsh winter conditions, the hydraulic and lubrication systems were specially optimized for low-temperature operation, ensuring stable performance in workshop environments as cold as -15°C.
